Return and Refund Policy

At Tsavo Plant, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below are the guidelines for returning equipment and requesting refunds.

1. Equipment Return

All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Damages or missing parts may incur additional charges.

2. Return Period

Equipment can be returned within the agreed rental period. If an extension is needed, please inform our customer service to avoid penalties.

3. Return Process

To return equipment, contact our customer service team to schedule a pickup. Alternatively, equipment can be dropped off at our nearest facility.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Equipment malfunction or defect reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Equipment not meeting the agreed specifications.
  • Cancellations made before the dispatch of equipment.

5. Refund Process

Once the equipment is returned and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

6. Non-refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Equipment returned in a damaged condition (unless due to shipping).
  • Late returns without prior notice or extension requests.
  • Change of mind after equipment dispatch.
