All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Damages or missing parts may incur additional charges.
Equipment can be returned within the agreed rental period. If an extension is needed, please inform our customer service to avoid penalties.
To return equipment, contact our customer service team to schedule a pickup. Alternatively, equipment can be dropped off at our nearest facility.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Once the equipment is returned and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
